Authentic Wood Smoked Barbecue.

July 4th weekend of 2023, I was given an opportunity from the amazing Wyshock Family to set up on the corner of Savannah and Wescoat Road in Lewes, Delaware (my birth city). The food trailer had nothing on it and was literally called "Nacho Taco" because everything was built for another establishment in Berlin, Md. yet there were ZERO tacos on the menu!!

After multiple conversations of how I should "smoke this fish" and "smoke that turkey", SMOKE THIS! BARBECUE was born on August 12, 2023. Since then it has been a fight to keep up with the demand and achieve my personal approval of figuring out the best way to cook this amazing style of American Food!

After building the best customer base I could ever hope for, SMOKE THIS! was invited to "The Island" located right next door to The Big Chill Surf Cantina in the sand lot of La Vida Hospitality Group in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

I am so thankful for this opportunity and have found myself surrounded by some amazing people and I’m beyond STOKED for the next chapter... come join us.
