Authentic Wood Smoked Barbecue.

SMOKE THIS! was established on August 12th, 2023. The smoker is 26 feet in length with dual 10 foot, 330 gallon propane tanks. Each tank is fed by double door wood stoves. Timberline and Oakridge. All of the food is very authentic and I was taught to cook from the heart if I ever want it to reach the soul. The menu is GLuten Free minus the bread and pasta. Only sweetener is Splenda and Honey, no citrus, no peanut oil and Dairy Free minus the Coleslaw and Mac n Chz. Stop by to sample some grub soon and look forward to seeing you!

We are conveniently located between Savannah Road and the Bike Trail! Set up next to Del Mar Vino, Hopkin's Dairy Ice Cream and Teller Wines.
